Overview

The mission of the Computer Media Engineering Course is to deepen students' knowledge on both the computers that form the foundation of information technology and other fundamental technologies associated with computers, while also working to expand their skills in practical areas. At the same time, the course also aims to cultivate information technicians with advanced expertise who are flexible, creative and practical, and who have the ability to adopt novel approaches that are unconstrained by existing academic disciplines. It also seeks to give students the ability to design and build the information systems that will form the foundation for the creation of new industries, by actively incorporating multimedia information technology such as sound, images and video.

To achieve this mission, students take units from both Computer Science Course and Media Engineering Course.
